Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to client requests
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Skills in cooking are considered an asset for assisting with light meal preparations or related tasks when needed
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities are essential for scheduling and completing multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
