HRLEAF is seeking a Group Benefits Consultant to join our growing team and contribute professional expertise, strategic guidance, and exceptional client support within a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for clients, providing strategic support and guidance related to employee benefits and workforce solutions
- Manage and support a portfolio of clients across various industries, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, cost management, and enhanced employee value
- Lead client meetings, review sessions, and strategic discussions while presenting clear recommendations and actionable insights
- Analyze reports, trends, and operational data to develop customized solutions aligned with client goals and organizational needs
- Introduce innovative and forward-thinking ideas to improve program effectiveness, engagement, and client satisfaction
- Coordinate and oversee renewal processes, market comparisons, and reporting support to ensure competitive and effective solutions
- Support onboarding and implementation processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional transition
- Develop client-facing presentations, reports, summaries, and communication materials
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute strategies and maintain high service standards across all client accounts
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, professional, and aligned with client expectations and business objectives
- Maintain strong documentation practices, compliance standards, and data accuracy across systems and client records
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and evolving best practices to strengthen client recommendations
- Contribute to internal projects, process improvements, and broader organizational initiatives as needed
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, employee benefits, workforce solutions, HR services, or a related advisory role
- Must have Active LLQP license considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with confidence in professional client interactions
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working with multiple systems, platforms, and reporting tools in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a client-first approach
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
