Would you be interested in gaining work experience in Canada’s #1 boat dealership? M&P Mercury Sales Ltd is looking for an Accounting Assistant. This is a full-time position (32 hours per week) and it is ideal if you are hardworking, detail-oriented and looking to gain accounting experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Admin Duties
- Code and enter AP invoices in ERP system
- Contact vendors for AP-related issues
- Match purchase orders, packing slips and receiving reports to AP invoices
- Reconcile monthly manufacture statements and make sure all invoices are recorded properly
- Assist with data entry tasks and update product information on company website
- Work closely with the accounting and admin team and provide assistance with ad-hoc duties.
Qualifications:
- Completion of 2nd year university program in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Related experience in accounting/ bookkeeping is an asset.
- Attention to detail with great organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong data entry skills with great accuracy
- Proficient in MS office suite.
