Job Summary - 6:00am - 4pm Monday to Friday
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Office Administrator/Deal Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing daily administrative operations, coordinating property deals, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in property management or administrative functions. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective interaction with diverse clients. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- Coordinate property deals from inception to completion, including documentation and follow-up
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and stakeholders to secure favorable terms
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote properties and company services through various channels
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, appointments, and client communications
- Support property management activities, including scheduling inspections and managing maintenance requests
- Prepare reports, proposals, and correspondence related to property deals and office activities
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office productivity
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
- Proven experience in administrative roles or property management
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle client inquiries effectively
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to real estate or property services
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
