As a CNC Programmer/Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain the 3-axis nested/vacuum table CNC machine to produce precision cabinet/millwork parts according to specifications
Your duties will include:
- Interpret blueprints and shop drawings to determine machining operations
- Program and adjust machine settings for optimal performance
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the machining process
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
-Recent production experience running a CNC machining to produce wood products or components preferably within a millwork or cabinet manufacturing operation
- Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments
- Experience in programming and operating CNC router machines
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-Ability to maintain the safety of yourself and others at all times through best practices on the production floor and in the workplace in general
-Ability to maintain and promote a positive attitude, teamwork and cooperation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
