We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our growing dealership team. To be successful in this role, you should be organized, professional, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.

- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Manage the dealership front desk, keeping it organized and presentable.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document management.
- Assist customers by answering questions or directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) documentation and processing for both new and used vehicle sales.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain vehicle delivery and registration paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records and perform general office administration duties.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and organized office environment.

- Reliable transportation to and from work.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
