Igloo Building Supplies Group LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipper/Receiver to support its warehouse and distribution operations. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and maintaining operational excellence within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will utilize NetSuite ERP to ensure data accuracy and support supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Record and maintain accurate inventory transactions within NetSuite ERP
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with company standards
- Generate and manage shipping documentation, including packing slips, labels, and bills of lading
- Load and unload freight using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory within the warehouse
- Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Adhere to all company health, safety, and operational policies
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
- Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar enterprise systems preferred
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
