Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Replenishment Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will ensure that store shelves are consistently stocked, organized, and presentable to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and possesses strong organizational skills to support daily store operations and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and displays with merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management
- Assist with merchandising efforts to optimize product placement and presentation
- Operate equipment such as forklifts (training provided) to move heavy or bulk items safely
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and work areas
- Support cashiering duties when needed, including processing transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all replenishment activities
- Support maintenance tasks to keep the store environment organized and functional
Skills
- Previous experience in retail sales or merchandising is preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training available)
- Strong customer service and communication skills for engaging with shoppers and team members
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customer needs
- Excellent organizational skills for managing stock levels and store layout
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and uphold hygiene standards
- Cashiering experience is advantageous for supporting checkout operations
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and management
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods
