Position: Painting Sub-Contractors and Experienced Painters.
Responsibilities:
- Perform surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, and patching
- Apply primers, paints, and finishes to a variety of surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
Requirements: Experienced Painters
- Previous experience as a painter or similar role is preferred
- Solid knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
