Are you an experienced leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced customer service environment? BeaverTails Saint John is looking for a Shift Supervisor to help lead our team during the busy summer and fall season.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining the high standards expected from one of Canada's most recognized food franchises.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members during scheduled shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience
- Maintain BeaverTails brand standards, food quality, and presentation
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Support staff training and coaching
- Ensure products are prepared consistently and according to franchise standards
- Help manage inventory levels and communicate supply needs
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
QualificationsPrevious supervisor or management experience is required.
Applicants without prior supervisory or management experience will not be considered.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience supervising or managing staff in a food service, retail, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
