About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Grande Prairie branch. This position works closely with customers in the industrial, energy, mining, and fabrication sectors, supporting the sale of pipe, flanges, fittings, valves, and related industrial products.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in oilfield sales, industrial distribution, parts sales, or technical product sales, and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions for their applications. Training and ongoing support will be provided by our experienced sales team.
Our team oriented work environment, team members work closely together and may occasionally assist with operational tasks such as shipping, receiving, or deliveries when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls and sales inquiries
- Review customer requirements and inventory availability
- Prepare accurate quotations and enter sales orders
- Follow up on quotes and identify sales opportunities
- Source products from suppliers when required
- Expedite orders to meet customer delivery expectations
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Assist with receiving, picking, shipping, and occasional deliveries
- Continuously develop product and industry knowledge
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; post-secondary education considered an asset
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred; training will be provided
- Experience in industrial distribution or PFVF (pipe, valves, fittings) considered an asset
- Experience in industries such as oil & gas, mining, construction, manufacturing, or fabrication is an asset
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable learning ERP systems
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
