Job Overview
We’re hiring full‑time Landscape Labourers for new development landscaping and property maintenance. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we have opportunities to learn on the job and grow into more advanced roles.
What You’ll Do
- Work with a crew to mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and gardens
- Help with new construction landscaping: grading, soil and aggregate installation, and laying sod
- Assist with early‑morning salting and snow removal during winter conditions
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment into and out of company vehicles
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites (if assigned as a driver)
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
- Perform other landscaping and property maintenance tasks as needed
- What We’re Looking For
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Reliable, positive, and self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
- Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions for extended periods
- Communicates clearly and respectfully with co‑workers and clients
- Works well independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record (required to drive company vehicles and a strong asset for all applicants)
- Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labour experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidates
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and performance
