Requirements:
- Passion for helping lead and grow a design-focused architectural practice.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
- 10+ years of Canadian architectural experience managing projects from concept through construction.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, bylaws, building technology, building envelope systems, and construction materials.
- Experience with a range of construction systems, including mass timber, is an asset.
- Commitment to sustainable design. Passive House, LEED, Net Zero, or similar experience/certification is an asset.
- Proficiency in Vectorworks and/or Revit.
- Ability to work full-time in our flexible Vancouver studio.
