We are seeking a reliable and experienced AZ Drivers to join our team. This role involves transporting freight and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, familiarity with heavy equipment, and a commitment to vehicle maintenance and safety protocols. LANES OFFERED
- One availability for a city driver - within GTA
- ON-BC lanes - TEAM RUNS
- Dedicated ON to Montreal QC runs throughout the week (Live loads)
- 7 days availability required
Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight, equipment, or materials between locations
- Safely load and unload cargo or other heavy equipment as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and freight to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation of shipments
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during transportation activities
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics is a plus
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type being operated
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in transportation and logistics
