Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and food preparation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious products that delight our customers while adhering to food safety standards.
Duties
Start the early morning shift (from 4:00 AM) and work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to ensure fresh products daily.
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
- Ensure all ingredients are measured accurately and prepared properly for each recipe.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following all food safety protocols.
- Package baked goods for display or sale, ensuring they are presented attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production of baked items for service or retail.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their inquiries about products.

- Proficient in cooking and baking techniques with experience in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customer interactions.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred but not required.
