**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled packager/line hand with indoor and outdoor Forklift experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating inside and outside forklifts to move, relocate, stack, pipe reels and 50ft lengths of plastic pipe.
The schedule is 7 shifts of 12 hours every 2 weeks to equal 84hrs. This is a rotating shift from days to nights every month.
Each 2 week Pay Period involves the following shifts:
Week 1 x 5 shifts (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Week 2 x 2 shifts (Wednesday, Thursday)
**Duties:**
- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to transport materials around the plant and the yard
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
- Perform routine pre and post inspections on forklift equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
-Package product indoors while inspecting for quality of pipe produced.
-Hand tools – Staple gun, drill, hammer, wood saw, micrometer, measuring tape
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or manufacturing plant setting
- Proficiency in operating indoor and outdoor Forklifts
- Ability to perform physical tasks
