The Position:
We’re looking for a skilled Panel Bender Programmer/Operator to join our production team. You’ll work with CNC machines like Salvagnini P4 , RAS Multibend/Flexibend, and Schroeder to fabricate and form precision metal parts for our modular builds.
If you have 5+ years of experience in a metal fabrication environment, strong technical know-how, and attention to detail, this is your chance to join a fast-paced, innovative team with room to grow.
Job Responsibilities:
Setting up and operating the following machines:
- CNC folding machine
- Salvagnini P4 Panel Bending machine
- RAS Multi-bend - Panel Bender
- RAS Flexibend
- Schroeder Panel Bender
- Preparing raw materials for production
- Select proper programs/tooling for all setups; tool maintenance
- Ensuring projects are implemented/completed according to production schedule
- Plan sequence of operation to achieve optimal precision and tolerances
- Signing off and inspecting as needed on QC items
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Maintaining and reporting on production rates
- Other tasks as required
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with Panel Bending machine
- 5+ years of experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings
- 5+ years of metal fabrication experience
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in operating and setting up various metal forming machines
- Understanding of mechanical blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of precision machining, tolerances, and material preparation
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday 6:30am - 5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
