At My Smile Health Centre, we are redefining modern dentistry through a whole-health, patient-centered approach that connects oral health with total body wellness. We are looking for an exceptional Full-Time Admin Lead to help guide the patient experience and support our collaborative, compassionate team. Because we are a non-assignment based practice, you can focus all your energy on guiding patient care.
This is more than a front desk position.

Responsibilities
· Lead and support the administrative team
· Create a welcoming and elevated patient experience
· Coordinate scheduling and patient communications
· Help patients understand treatment and financial arrangements
· Support practice systems, flow, and efficiency
· Assist with team coordination and daily operations
· Uphold a positive, health-centered office culture
Ideal Experience
· Minimum of 2 years dental administration experience required
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Experience with treatment coordination is an asset
· Passion for wellness, holistic health, or patient education is highly valued
· Willing to learn about oral systemic health
· Leadership experience preferred but not required for the right person
