Job Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Victoria, BC
Are you a results-driven sales professional ready to take control of your earnings? We’re hiring for an Outside Sales Representative and we're looking for motivated individuals with a passion for sales and customer service. This is not a door-to-door or cold calling position. We handle the appointment setting and installation logistics – you focus on what you do best: selling.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations to quote HVAC products and services
- Provide expert advice with a customer-first approach
- Coordinate sales appointments with the internal team
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on heating and air conditioning systems
- Work occasional weekends as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of HVAC or similar sales experience, or 5+ years with a proven exceptional sales track record
- Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong asset
- A clean and valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and upselling skills
- Quick learner with excellent product retention ability
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Bondable and able to pass background checks
