Responsibilities will include:
- Communicate with clients to answer questions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Removing and installing new windows and doors in existing homes
- Cladding exterior trim, if needed
- Caulking around perimeter of newly installed windows and doors
- Insulating perimeter of openings
- Cutting and installing jamb extensions and trim
- Working from ladders and/or scaffolding
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools including saws and drills
- Cleaning job site upon completion on work
- Showing customers how to operate and maintain purchased products
As the ideal candidate you will have/be…
- Proven experience as a Window and Door Installer or other carpentry experience of minimum 5 years is essential
-Own truck and tools
-WCB clearance
- A valid driver’s license
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work with and guide others
- Extensive knowledge of power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
