Job Description
We are currently hiring experienced road paving professionals to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals with experience in asphalt paving, road construction, and heavy equipment operation.
We are looking for:
- Asphalt Paver Operators
- Asphalt Roller Operators
- Skid Steer Operators
- Asphalt Grinder/Milling Machine Operators
- Asphalt Rakers (Rakemen)
- Screed Operators
- General Paving Labourers
- Experienced Road Construction Crew Members
Responsibilities
- Perform asphalt paving and road construction work safely and efficiently.
- Operate paving equipment and heavy machinery.
- Assist with asphalt placement, grading, raking, rolling, and finishing.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow site safety procedures and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a paving crew.
Requirements
- Previous 2-3 years experience in asphalt paving or road construction preferred.
- Experience operating paving equipment is an asset.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $30.00+/hour
- Wage negotiable based on experience and position
- 40–50 hours per week
