Job Description:
We are seeking a part time (with full time potential) dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice! The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team and building long-term relationships in a collaborative environment.
- Part-time for the first 2 months
- Transitioning to full-time in the 3rd month
· Evenings or weekends preferred
· Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred
· New graduates are encouraged to apply

- Licensed Dentist in good standing with the RCDSO

- Work collaboratively with office manager and entire team for clinical practice growth
- Act as a role model for the entire team on clinical and patient care
- Regularly presents process improvements to the Practice and seeks opportunities to make extra contributions to the overall benefit of the Practice
· Experience with TRACKER software
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards
· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
· Collaborate with principal dentist, dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow
