Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor to join our healthcare team at a new multidisciplinary clinic. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, diagnose musculoskeletal issues, develop effective treatment plans to improve patient well-being while assisting clinic's growth. Compensation
- Revenue split model 75%~80% (depending on experience. New grads are welcomed)
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations
- Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and identify sources of pain or discomfort
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing chiropractic techniques and therapies
- Perform spinal adjustments and manual therapies to alleviate pain and improve mobility
- Educate patients on posture, exercise, and lifestyle modifications for ongoing health maintenance
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay current with industry advancements and participate in continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Chiropractor with appropriate certification
- Proven experience in patient care, pain management, and chiropractic techniques
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and guide patients
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to improving patient outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Ability/experience to prescribing Orthotics
