Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Are you an experienced Production Worker, General Labourer, Manufacturing Associate, Assembly Worker, Machine Operator, or Factory Worker looking for a stable full-time opportunity? We are hiring motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in Brantford.

Responsibilities
- Assemble metal components and products
- Couple and connect parts according to specifications
- Operate production equipment and machinery (training provided)
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Complete repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Support other production and warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform repetitive work throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
