Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and identify discrepancies.
- Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in employee payments.
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and revenue against forecasts.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents for audit readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
