Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Eavestrough Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining eavestrough systems on residential and commercial buildings. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in construction or carpentry is preferred, along with familiarity with various hand tools and schematics. Duties
- Measure, cut, and install eavestroughs according to project specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools such as saws, drills, and caulking guns to complete installations
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate placement
- Seal joints with caulking to prevent leaks and ensure weather-tight connections
- Repair or replace damaged eavestrough components as needed
- Assist with related tasks such as flashing, downspouts, and gutter guards
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents during installation activities
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or roofing is highly desirable
- Proficiency with hand tools, caulking, and blueprint reading
- Knowledge of schematics, restoration techniques, and construction painting is a plus
- Ability to work at heights and on ladders safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites
- Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently and work effectively within a team environment
Pay: $17.94-$38.05 per hour
