Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
· Lead month-end and year-end close processes
· Prepare financial statements, reports, and cash flow analysis
· Manage inventory and equipment accounting
· Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and banking activities
· Supervise payroll processing and basic HR administration support
· Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
· Support audits and external reporting requirements
· Supervise and support accounting staff
· Provide financial support to internal departments and leadership

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
· CPA designation or in progress considered an asset
· 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction or heavy equipment industries
· Strong full-cycle accounting and financial reporting knowledge
· Experience with inventory and operational accounting
· Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
· Strong analytical and organizational skills
