We are currently hiring Movers and Driver–Movers to join our on-call team in Calgary.
What You’ll Do
- Load, unload, and safely transport furniture and household items
- Protect customer property, floors, walls, and furniture
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed
- Operate moving trucks safely (Driver–Mover role)
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements
- Work as part of a team to complete moves efficiently and safely
Pay & Performance Bonuses
Base Wage:
- $17–$28 per hour (based on experience, type of employment and role)
Bonuses are assessed and paid semi-monthly and are earned only if criteria are met during the assessment period.
Schedule & Employment Type
- Casual / on-call employment / Independent Contractor
- No guaranteed hours
- Shifts are offered based on operational needs and your availability
- Ability to work longer days when required (especially during busy periods)
Requirements
- Physically able to lift heavy items and perform manual labour
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- CSA-approved steel-toe footwear required
- Valid driver’s license required for Driver–Mover positions
- Previous moving or labour experience is an asset (but not required)
