Forklift Operator / Warehouse Worker
Our client is looking for a Forklift Operator to join their distribution warehouse team in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a well-established organization that supplies products to a variety of commercial and industrial customers.

Responsibilities
- Perform all shipping and receiving duties, including preparing, loading, and unloading shipments
- Operate Reach forklift safely and efficiently
- Complete order picking and packing for outbound orders
- Verify incoming shipments, inspect materials, and maintain accurate records
- Perform general labour tasks such as sorting, palletizing, and warehouse cleanup
- Lift materials and products as required (repetitive lifting involved)

Qualifications
- Valid Reach Truck Forklift certification and experience operating a reach truck.
- Warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse scanning technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CSA-approved safety boots with a minimum 6-inch height that covers the ankle.
