Position: Production Worker - Entry Level
Location: In Person - Kelowna, BC
Employment Type: Flexible hours (full-time, part-time, casual)

About Us:
At Farming Karma, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our fresh apples. You will work on the packaging line, handling apples through various stages such as sorting, grading, packing, and labeling. This role is essential to maintaining food safety and production standards in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Sort and grade apples based on size, ripeness, and quality
- Pack apples into appropriate packaging materials (boxes and bags)
- Apply labels and perform visual quality checks
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and work safety procedures
- Assist supervisors and team leads as needed

What We're Looking For:
- A positive, reliable person who is ready to work.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for most of the day.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment.
- Forklift experience is an asset (but not required – we can train the right person!).
- Ability to read and follow a checklist carefully.
- Good teamwork skills and attention to detail.

- Experience working in food production, manufacturing, or warehousing.
- Forklift certification
