We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our operations team.
Mandarin speaking is required for this role due to daily communication with Chinese-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and warehouse operations
- Arrange shipments, pickups, and deliveries with carriers and trucking companies
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively
- Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers regarding shipment status
- Prepare and process shipping documentation and operational reports
- Coordinate Amazon FBA shipments and warehouse transfers
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and Excel spreadsheets
- Support cross-border logistics operations between Canada and the United States
- Assist in improving workflow efficiency and operational processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or 3PL operations REQUIRED
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer systems
- Detail-oriented and responsible
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon FBA logistics
- Experience with cross-border shipping (Canada–US)
- Familiar with FedEx, UPS, LTL, FTL, and trucking operations
- Experience working in warehouse or fulfillment environments

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
