Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Industrial Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Analyze current manufacturing and production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement efficient workflows, layouts, and systems to enhance productivity
- Conduct time studies and work measurements to establish standard procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, and maintenance to optimize processes
- Utilize data analysis and modeling tools to forecast production needs and resource allocation
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma projects, or other process improvement methodologies
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process performance metrics and improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during process modifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in process analysis, workflow optimization, or manufacturing engineering preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, or similar tools)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, or other continuous improvement frameworks is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting findings clearly
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with CAD software or simulation tools is a plus
Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
