Position Summary
The Regional Operations Director, Greater Toronto Area, is accountable for the operational performance, integration, and patient experience across a portfolio of fertility clinics within the GTA. The role drives execution of network priorities within the region and supports alignment to shared operating principles, enabling consistent performance and operational standards across assigned sites.
The role is regional in scope and focused on execution and performance delivery. Network strategy, operating models, and national standards remain the responsibility of network leadership.
Reporting to the Interim Head of Canadian Clinic Operations, the Regional Operations Director leads Clinic Managers and Nursing Leads across assigned sites and partners closely with Regional Medical Directors to support patient-centered, high-quality care.
Operational Leadership and Regional Oversight

Lead operations across assigned GTA clinics through Clinic Managers and Nursing Leads, serving as the primary operational leader for the region

Own capacity and resource planning across clinics, aligning resources with patient demand and mitigating staffing and capacity risks

Promote alignment of clinic operations with network priorities, policies, and standards

Maintain clear accountability between regional oversight and site-level execution
Performance, Growth, and Financial Accountability

Own regional performance against key indicators

Drive growth by improving patient conversion and cycle volume

Manage financial performance in partnership with Finance
People and Stakeholder Leadership

Directly lead Clinic Managers and Nursing Leads, providing oversight while enabling strong local leadership

Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning

Partner with Regional Medical Directors to align operational and clinical priorities while maintaining clear operational accountability

Partner with HR, Finance, and Technology, and represent operations in leadership forums
Standardization, Integration, and Continuous Improvement

Implement network priorities and best practices, identifying opportunities for alignment while respecting site-specific needs

Lead integration of new clinics

Support EMR adoption and data integrity
Quality, Accreditation, and Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with CPSO, Health Canada, Accreditation Canada, and Ontario Fertility Program

Oversee inspections, audits, and regulatory change monitoring

Oversee incident and risk management

Qualifications - Required

Undergraduate degree in a regulated healthcare profession, health administration, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

7+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience, including multi-site responsibility

Strong leadership and performance management skills

Ability to travel regularly throughout the GTA

Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle
