About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design Manager with strong creative direction abilities and a modern, AI-enhanced design approach. You will lead a team of designers to produce high-quality visual assets across branding, packaging, Amazon/eCommerce, social media, and marketing.
This role requires a blend of traditional design expertise, leadership, and hands-on experience with AI tools that enhance creativity and scale output.
- Lead the development of high-quality designs for packaging, branding, Amazon listings, digital campaigns, and marketing assets.
- Maintain consistency of brand identity across all platforms.
- Guide designers from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign strategies.
- Integrate AI tools such as MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Figma AI, and Runway into daily design processes.
- Utilize tools like Veo, Higgsfield, and Kling for product ads, videos, and creative visual production.
- Implement automation workflows to scale design production efficiently.
- Train and mentor the team on AI-driven design methodologies and emerging technologies.
- Manage, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary design team.
- Assign tasks, review work, and oversee timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide structured feedback to elevate design quality and support professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance design culture.
- Oversee end-to-end packaging and label design across product lines.
- Ensure packaging aligns with brand narrative, premium positioning, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and Amazon teams to create conversion-focused packaging and listing visuals.
- Work closely with marketing, product, content, and performance teams to align creative direction with business goals.
- Contribute to creative strategy for Amazon PPC, social media campaigns, website content, and video production.
- Maintain the highest standards for all creative output.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and visual consistency across all materials.
- Review, refine, and approve all final deliverables before release.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative leadership.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, packaging, and digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, etc.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Experience in FMCG, wellness, supplements, or beauty industries.
- Familiarity with Amazon listing design and eCommerce optimization.
- Experience with After Effects or basic motion graphics knowledge.
- Understanding of AI-generated video pipelines (Runway, Veo, Kling).
- Experience collaborating with video and motion design teams.
