Cattail Crossing Golf & Winter Club is home to a stunning 10,000-square-foot clubhouse featuring virtual golf, dining spaces, a pro shop, snack bar, and kids club, all designed to meet the needs of members and guests.
The club provides a wide range of golf and event experiences, including night golf, an aqua range, tournaments, corporate meetings, private functions, weddings, winter activities, and more. We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Prep Cook / Line Cook.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for food preparation and supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen by helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and food items for service, including chopping vegetables and making sauces
- Follow recipes and plating standards as directed
- Use kitchen equipment safely and properly
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with all sanitation and food safety standards
- Store food and supplies correctly
- Label and stock ingredients so they remain organized and easy to access
- Rotate products in coolers and chillers to reduce waste
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a prep cook and/or line cook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Physically capable of frequent heavy lifting
- Must have reliable transportation, as public transit is not available to this location
- Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Employment Terms
- Seasonal position from March to October, with the possibility of year-round employment
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Compensation based on experience
- Expected start date: April 2026
