The Opportunity
We're looking for a Dental Administrator who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the first friendly face patients see, the reassuring voice on the phone, and a key part of creating an exceptional experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming patients and helping them feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door
- Managing schedules, appointments, patient communications, check-ins, and follow-ups. Max Assist will be your best friend!
- Keeping the front office running smoothly, including accounts receivable and day-to-day administration
- Supporting the clinical team by staying organized and keeping everything on track
- Creating a seamless, stress-free patient experience at every touchpoint
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a dental office
- A quick learner who loves details and stays organized
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service
- Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team
