We’re currently seeking a reliable and service-oriented Live-In Maintenance Technician to join our team and help oversee daily operations at one of our multi-unit apartment buildings. Must be familiar with working in apartment buildings in both occupied and vacant apartments.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Flooring (tile & vinyl)
- Appliance repair
- Minor plumbing repair
- Minor electrical repair
- General knowledge of building systems
Requirements for the role:
- Proven maintenance experience.
- Proven painting experience.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills.
- Own reliable car to move around properties.
