We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for a permanent full-time position in our SW Calgary Denture Clinic. Our clinic focuses on providing patients with the utmost care and quality regardless of whether they are obtaining minor or major treatment, and we provide this in a warm, easygoing, yet professional environment.
The applicant will:
- be a mature individual who will provide a positive experience to patients who attend and call our clinic.
- manage appointment scheduling, confirm appointments and complete recall processes.
- complete billing procedures including submission of accurate claims, collection of payments and management of accounts receivables.
- provide operatory set up and cleanup between patient appointments.
- perform sterilization duties.
- assist Denturists as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous denture or dental clinic experience.
- Experience with denture or dental software program(s).
- Minimum 3 years experience with computer and manual denture or dental billing to insurance companies.
- A strong communicator with a pleasant demeanour and compassion for our patients.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
