We’re seeking a talented Business Coordinator to support our Operations team by managing local division events and travel. This full-time role is based at our Tahoe Corporate Office in Mississauga.
Here's where you'll be focusing :
- Administer Division Calendar (e.g. create single Division calendar view of regular training, conferences and leadership trips);
- Aggregate data requested by VP (e.g. track attendance at key meetings, collect weekly recaps from each district);
- Perform research for the DO’s (e.g. investigate competitor activities, create one-off reports, etc.;
- Triage requests for the VP (e.g. for requests sent to VP, route them to the group that can resolve;
- Support Division specific communications initiatives (e.g. work with Marketing to create announcements related to local community events, etc.;
- Liaise with Director Business Development, Operation Leaders & Franchisee on FIT/DMIT/SMIT training schedules and progress;
- Establish and maintain relationships with store operators and external stakeholders;
- Manage business process changes/liaison with the centre;
- Act as a liaison for cross-geography logistics;
- Other duties as directed.
What you have to offer:
- Merchandising or retail experience;
- High School Diploma and / or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in category or product management, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite;
- Solid ability to negotiate and secure contracts.
