Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper – (1 Year Kitchen Exp. REQUIRED)

What We’re Looking For:
An individual with a flexible schedule and is able to work approx. 18-24 hrs/week (morning AND evening on weekdays and weekends). This role will begin primarily as a Dishwasher, allowing you to become familiar with our kitchen operations and workflow. As you gain experience and demonstrate initiative and readiness, you will have the opportunity to receive additional training and gradually transition into a Kitchen Helper role.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and prep area
- Assist with basic food prep (cutting vegetables, portioning seafood, handling rice/produce)
- Empty trash, sweep/mop floors, and assist with closing duties
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the BOH team to keep service running smoothly
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience required
- Fluent English (spoken and basic written)
- Food Handler Certification (or equivalent) required
- Strong work ethic, able to stay organized under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and available evenings/weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
