Tabula Rasa | Solera is looking to add to the back of house team! Seeking out an individual passionate in the culinary arts to help contribute to our team!
Operating business days are Tuesday-Saturday
Duties included but not limited to:
- Line set-up and organization.
- Participate in food preparation.
- Participation/working different stations such as hot side, cold dishes, etc
- Cleaning and proper equipment care.
Qualities we are looking for in a potential candidate include attention to detail, cleanliness, organizational skills, effective communication, willingness to learn and participate.
- Tip pooling structure
Minimum 2 year Kitchen experience preferably
