Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and process warranty adjustment data into SAP based on inspection reports.

Review and verify warranty claims for completeness and accuracy.

Collaborate with warranty inspectors and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies.

Maintain organized digital and manual records of processed adjustment claims.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Generate reports and summaries for internal stakeholders as needed.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data accuracy and work flow efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with warranty processes in the automotive or tire industry is a strong asset.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Basic understanding of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.

Experience working in the tire or automotive industry is highly desirable.

Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is required.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, (30 min lunch + 2 breaks x 15 minutes/day).

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Regular interaction with warehouse or inspection teams.
