About the Opportunity
TrueCare Cleaning Services is seeking an established, professional cleaning company to partner with as a subcontractor for a large-format retail commercial account in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. This is an ongoing, long-term contract opportunity with consistent monthly volume.
Scope of Work
- Nightly commercial cleaning, 7 nights per week
- Daytime day-porter coverage, 7 days per week (morning and afternoon shifts)
- Floor care, washroom sanitation, high-traffic maintenance, and general commercial cleaning to a documented standard
What We Require
- An established cleaning company with a team of 10+ active staff
- Active WCB coverage in Saskatchewan (certificate of clearance required before start)
- $5M general liability insurance — certificate of insurance required before start
- Valid GST registration — company must be GST-registered and able to invoice accordingly
- WHMIS-certified staff
- Reliable supervision and the ability to cover shifts without gaps
- Ability to submit completion reports and photos after every clean
- Local presence in or near Yorkton strongly preferred
