Job Description
Candidates should have proficient knowledge in the following: Carpentry & building maintenance, basic hand/power tools, installation of various floor materials, steel/shingle roofing, framing including doors & windows, installation of drywall, tape & mudding, window & door installation, ability to create forms for concrete slab foundations & pour cement, fence construction and ability to maintain & repair building interiors/exteriors.
Qualifications
During our operating season, May to October, candidates must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Candidates must have effective communication skills, ability to interact with the public, and be a team player.
Candidates must be physically fit and be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
