We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent experienced Parts Consultant to join our busy and customer-focused dealership. This position offers steady daytime hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Experience in parts consulting or the automotive industry is considered a strong asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. Competitive wages offered based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent parts consulting and customer service to:
- Local garages
- Body shops
- Walk-in customers
- Sales and Service Departments
- Assist the Sales Department with accessories and tire inquiries
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parts pricing and availability
- Daily parts ordering and stocking
- Support automotive technicians with parts requests and service needs
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment
Qualifications
- Previous automotive or parts experience is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must enjoy working in a busy environment
