Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced and reliable Cleaners to join our team in Toronto. This role involves cleaning and preparing short-term rental condominium units for guest stays. Ideal candidates will have previous experience cleaning Airbnb-style rentals or hotel rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of condo units including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Change linens, make beds, and restock guest supplies
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure quality standards
- Report damages or maintenance issues to the operations team
- Complete cleaning within the required timeframes (before guest check-in times)
- Maintain professionalism and respect guest privacy at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel or short-term rental cleaning (Airbnb or similar)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties (bending, lifting, standing for long periods)
- Must have a smartphone for communication and checklist tracking
- Weekend and holiday availability is a strong asset
- Access to transportation is an advantage but not required
