We’re looking for that special someone to bring the magic of Three Pines to life every day.
As manager, you are the backbone of the café. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure our customers’ satisfaction, and guide our team with leadership and kindness.
We’re looking for someone capable of handling management and administrative responsibilities, while also being willing to work alongside the team as a barista.
Your Role:
- Team Management: Motivate the barista team.
- Customer Experience: Embody the café’s warm spirit and ensure a memorable welcome for every visitor.
- Operations: Ensure service runs smoothly and strictly enforce hygiene standards.
- Inventory and Suppliers: Manage inventory, orders, and related tasks.
- Administration: Handle cash register operations, track sales, and optimize the branch’s profitability.
We are looking for:
- Management experience: Minimum, proven experience in business management (café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail).
- Leadership: A natural ability to motivate a team and create a positive work environment.
- Interpersonal skills: A warm, friendly person with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Passion (A Plus): An affinity for or knowledge of Louise Penny’s literary world is a great asset for connecting with our passionate clientele.
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Availability: 4–5 days per week, including required weekend shifts.
