What is the role?
We are seeking a confident, goal oriented and energetic sales representative who is looking to build their career in a consultative selling environment. Our Commercial Sales Representative will meet with commercial (B2B) clients to determine their interior and exterior painting needs and then design solutions specific to each job.

What will you do?
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market demands
- Be part of a team to produce jobs that meet and exceed customer expectations
- Deliver extraordinary customer service
