This role involves supporting various aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, clean-up, and material handling to ensure smooth project flow
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks
- Support carpentry activities including framing, ICF, and finishing work
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Requirements
- Prior experience with hand and power tools, construction sites, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are preferred but not required depending on job location
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
