Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/Customer Service team member to create a welcoming environment for our customers. This role involves preparing high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced food service setting. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in the coffee shop, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Barista Certificate is highly preferred
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks with attention to quality and presentation
- Latte art and Espresso dialing is a must have skill
- Operate POS systems, including Clover, accurately handling cash and credit transactions
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and answer questions about menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and food safety practices
- Assist with food preparation and serving as needed to ensure timely service
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently using strong time management skills during busy periods
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to maintain inventory levels

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
